My name is Simon Arthur-Smith. I am a counsellor who is committed to providing effective counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and totally non-judgmental environment. I am based in Brighton & Hove.

I counsel individuals one-to-one on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period - my aim as a counsellor is to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My Brighton & Hove counselling practice is very close to Hove railway station and on-street Pay & Display parking spaces are generally easy to obtain in the immediate vacinity (free on-street parking is also readily available just 5 minutes walk away). My practice rooms are within convenient travelling time of Portslade, Southwick and Shoreham-by-Sea.
