My name is Simon Arthur-Smith. I am a counsellor who is committed to providing effective counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and totally non-judgmental environment. I am based in Brighton & Hove.

I counsel individuals one-to-one on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period - my aim as a counsellor is to enable you to improve your quality of life and live life more fully.

I have two Brighton & Hove counselling practices: one is very close to Hove railway station, the other is in the Hanover area of Brighton, near The Level.

On-street parking in the immediate vicinity of my Brighton practice is free. The practice is also convenient for all bus services routed via either Lewes Road or Elm Grove.

In the immediate vicinity of my Hove practice, on-street Pay & Display parking spaces are generally easy to obtain (free on-street parking is also readily available just 5 minutes walk away). The practice is very close to Hove railway station, and is well-served by bus numbers 7 and 81. My Hove practice rooms are within convenient travelling time of Portslade, Southwick and Shoreham-by-Sea.
